WATCH VIRAL VIDEO: A KENYAN MAN RECORDED HIMSELF HAVING VIDEO WITH A GIRL

A Kenyan man whose name is Patrick Ayoyi, recorded and shared a video himself having sex with a young girl on Facebook. He deleted the video and his Facebook profile but it was too late because the video has already went viral.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) launched a manhut on Patrick Ayoyi after the video went viral on Saturday and he was arrested in Sunday.

The CID traced the man to his home town, Nyagacho, Kericho County where he was found with his wife and three children. 
He was arrested immediately and driven to Kericho Police station for interrogation.

The suspect admit he recorded the video and the girl was aware of the recording. He said the girl was his cousin. He further said  the video was recorded in 2017 when the girl in question was 20yrs old.

He also Denied sharing the video, claiming that he lost is phone 2017 in which may have been shared by anyone who has his lost phone.
It remains unclear which charges the suspect will face but even if it is proved that the woman was not underage, he could still be charged with incest.

The Sexual Offenses Act in Kenya defines incest as sexual relations between a man and a female relative whom he knows to be his daughter, granddaughter, sister, mother, niece, aunt or grandmother and sexual relations between a woman and the corresponding male relatives.

Those found guilty of the offense are liable to imprisonment for a term of not less than 10 years.
